Take a look at the people who will be on your proposed team and see what they are doing in social media. Are they passionate about social media? Can they point to any results? How involved are they? These are all key indicators of a good agency.</description>

If they aren&#039;t using social media personally, or at the least as an organization, then one must wonder how they could be successful providing this strategy for a client. The tech and how people are using it is constantly on the move so you have to be part of it in order to keep up. Now anyone can have a Twitter handle or a Facebook account, so I guess the next question would be &quot;Can you show me real examples of how you used online social networking to communicate your client&#039;s message successfully?&quot;</description>
