		<description>Thanks so much Ed. I completely agree. I would have never looked twice at Ford in the past, but that has certainly changed with their new social media initiatives. They have done a great job connecting with consumers and getting them involved and excited about their brand. I am sure we will see many more organizations following Ford&#039;s lead.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ll admit that after following Fiesta agents Hilary McHone and John Herman for the last few months, it&#039;s made me look at Ford in a whole new way. I&#039;ve never given Ford a second look in the past, but I definitely want to check out a Fiesta when they are released. As for the Fiesta movement itself, it will soon serve as an excellent case study as large corporations move forward with social media initiatives. Kudos to Ford for having the foresight, props to Scott Monty for linking social media efforts to newly realized profits, and thank YOU Christine for such a well written recap!</description>
